Why can't I view an uploaded PDF file?
Make sure your browser is not blocking the pop-up window for the PDF.
How do I print my asset list?
  • Login to the application.
  • Open a Category.
  • Click Print in the top right corner.
How do I export my asset list?

Why won't my files print or export on a mobile device?
Some browsers do not support direct downloads and/or redirection to a second page. Open settings and set Print/Export to 1 to redirect the output to the current page in the browser.  Printouts and downloaded files can be found on the home screen of the device under Downloads.
Where are my files downloaded on a mobile device?
Kindle Fire HD: Silk > Menu (vertical dots on top-right) > Downloads
Android Device: Home screen of the device under Downloads.
iOS: Safari does not allow downloading of .zip files.  Use an alternate browser on the iOS device.
